Aimee specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. She is also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe space for self-exploration, identity development, and gender-affirming care. Whether clients seek help managing overwhelming emotions, strengthening relationships, or affirming their identity, Aimee walks alongside them on their journey.
Lindsay works with individuals facing relationship issues, intimacy, grief, and anxiety, and a passion for helping people cope with the mental and emotional toll of autoimmune diseases,such as Type 1 diabetes. She also specializes in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a space where clients can explore their identity and experiences with safety and authenticity. Together, she helps clients build resilience, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

I believe in a client-centered, integrative approach to therapy that meets you where you are. I incorporate evidence-based modalities, including:
- Person-Centered Therapy – Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can fully express yourself.
- Interpersonal Therapy – Strengthening your relationships and communication skills.
- Psychodynamic Psychotherapy – Exploring past experiences to understand their impact on your present life.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step toward healing. My goal is to provide a warm and validating environment where you feel truly seen and supported. Together, we will work toward self-acceptance, growth, and lasting change.
Sessions: Offering both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
Rates: $150 for individual therapy, $200 for gender-affirming care appointments and letters.
Insurance: I do not accept insurance at this time.
