Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the Provider will consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within 10 days.

*Full refunds will be given for cancellation at least 14 days in advance. Cancellation within the 14 days will receive a 50% refund. No refund given for no shows.
