Get on the path toward healing and growth!

Let’s work toward a better self-understanding, lower levels of guilt and insecurity, and an increased ability to be aware of and express feelings at the moment they occur.  We will improve your self-esteem, trust in self, and ability to learn from mistakes.  As a result, you will enjoy more connected relationships with others.

Path in the woods leading uphill to healing from online therapy

Meet Aimee!

My clients describe me as supportive, nonjudgemental, and a safe space.

In our therapy sessions, I'm here to lend you an empathetic ear and provide you with the tools you need to journey towards greater self-understanding and self-acceptance. Together, we'll explore the depths of who you are, your desires, and aspirations. Through our conversations, you'll have the space to share both your challenges and triumphs, allowing us to delve into your experiences and relationships with care and compassion.

Our shared objective is to free you from needless fear, improve your self-worth, gain wisdom from past mistakes, and foster stronger, healthier connections with yourself and those around you. Let's embark on this journey together, where warmth, growth, and healing await.

I love what I do. I love the relationships I build with my clients and feel honored to be a part of their journeys. I have been in therapy myself enough to understand what it takes to be vulnerable in ways that we have never been before. I strive to create a safe space so that you feel free to do the work as needed without fear of judgment and knowing that you are not alone in it.

  • I find great joy in immersing myself in nature's beauty, often embarking on scenic road trips, with a particular fondness for exploring the breathtaking landscapes of our National Parks. The Smoky Mountains hold a special place in my heart, and I've made countless visits to marvel at its beauty and observe the wildlife, especially the awe-inspiring black bears. When I'm not surrounded by the wonders of the great outdoors, you can often find me enjoying time with my wife and our canine companions, Cadey Bear and Twinkie, who bring boundless warmth and love into our lives.
